Why I Started
Honestly? I was fed up. Always tired, low on energy, and using every excuse not to move. Until one day I thought: this can be better. Not to look like a bodybuilder, but just to feel good. And that feeling? It came faster than I thought.
The First Step: Just Go
Forget the perfect schedule or the ideal outfit. The biggest step is... walking out the door. My first sessions were messy, I didn't know what I was doing. But I went. And that's all that matters in the beginning.
What I'm Doing Now
-
Split schema: Monday chest/triceps, Wednesday back/biceps, Friday legs/shoulders.
-
Cardio: 2x per week, usually HIIT or cycling.
-
Nutrition: No crash diets, just balance. Lots of protein, enough vegetables, and an occasional treat.
What I Have Learned
-
Consistency > perfection
Doing something three times a week is better than planning six times and going zero times. -
Leave ego at home
Nobody is looking at you. Everyone is busy with themselves. Start light, build up calmly. -
Progress is addictive
That first moment when you notice you're getting stronger? Magical.
You Can Do This Too
Don't wait until Monday, summer, or the new year. Start small. Just go. And if you ever lack motivation: come back here. I know how tough it can be, but I also know it's worth it.
