Shipping policy

For shipping, we work together with DHL. Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. This is often within 1 working day, if you order before 4 p.m. your order will often be delivered the next day! If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service via email or our socials.

Your order can be delivered to your home or to another address (for example your work). We charge a contribution to the shipping costs of € 5.95 per order. For shipping abroad, the shipping costs differ per country.

DHL delivers your order to the address you provided. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home for the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in your mailbox. This will state at which DHL Service Point you can collect the package. You have three weeks to collect the package or it will be returned.

To track your order, go to the chat box on our website. Select the option "Track My Order" and then click on "Enter Order Details." Enter your Order Number and Email Address in the required fields and click on the button "Track My Order." You will receive immediate updates on the status of your shipment.
