Order & returns policy
Shipping
For shipping, we work together with GLS. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped by us the same day. This does not mean that the package will be delivered the same day.
Within the Netherlands, your package is usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days. In some cases, delivery may take a little longer. For deliveries to the rest of Europe, a longer delivery time applies due to the distance.
If you have not received your order after several days, please feel free to contact our customer service by email or through our social media.
Your order can be delivered to your home or another address (for example, your workplace). We ask for a contribution to the shipping costs of €5.95 per order. For shipping abroad, the shipping costs vary per country.
GLS delivers your order to the address you provided. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be left with the neighbors or offered again later. The day and time of the second delivery depend on the day of the first delivery. If you are not home at the second delivery either, you will receive a note in your mailbox. This note states at which GLS Service Point you can pick up the package. You have three weeks to collect the package; otherwise, the package will be returned.
Return Policy
After receiving your products, you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return the products. Please send an email to info@nutritionmonsters.com with your order number, reason for return, and number of products. Once you have notified us that you want to return the products, they must be demonstrably sent back within 14 days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils, and other sealed products, these can only be accepted for return if unopened and in undamaged condition (seal intact). If you have damaged products through use, we may charge for this.
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
Items whose safety packaging has been broken cannot therefore be returned unless explicit contact has been made with the customer service of NutritionMonsters
