WHERE DO YOU DELIVERY?
We deliver throughout Europe (please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary). If your country is not listed, please contact us for shipping options.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?
It depends where you are. All orders are processed the same day. Orders from the Netherlands/Belgium require an average of 1 to 2 working days to arrive. Orders from other European countries often take between 2 - 5 days. Delivery details are stated in the confirmation email.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, WHAT NOW?
First check your spam folder, the email may have ended up there. If not, then send an email to info@nutritionmonsters.com
THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS SOLD OUT, WHAT NOW?
We try to replenish our products as quickly as possible, keep an eye on our Insta page for the latest news.
RETURNING PRODUCT(S), HOW DOES IT WORK?
Upon receipt of your products, you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return the products. Please send an email to info@nutritionmonsters.com with your order number, reason for return, and number of products. Once you have notified us that you want to return the products, they must be demonstrably shipped back within 14 days.
For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils, and other sealed products, these can only be accepted for return if unopened and in undamaged condition (any seals intact). If you have damaged products through use, we may charge for this.
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after revocation.
I HAVE AN ALLERGY, WHICH PRODUCTS CAN I USE?
All allergens are listed on the product pages in the ingredients list. These are also listed on the label of the packaging!
