It depends where you are. All orders are processed the same day. Orders from the Netherlands/Belgium require an average of 1 to 2 working days to arrive. Orders from other European countries often take between 2 - 5 days. Delivery details are stated in the confirmation email.

RETURNING PRODUCT(S), HOW DOES IT WORK?

After receiving your products, you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return the products. Send an email to info@nutritionmonsters.nl with your order number, reason for return and number of products. If you have indicated that you wish to return the products, they must have been demonstrably returned within 14 days.

For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other sealed products, they can only be returned unopened and in an intact condition (any seal intact). If you have damaged products during use, we can charge you for this.

The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after cancellation.
