Vitamins and supplements: an addition to your foundation
If you train hard, you probably keep a close eye on protein and calories, and less on vitamins and minerals. Supplements can help fill gaps in your diet, but they don't replace a varied diet. Below you can read, per category, what the products in this collection contain.

Vitamins and minerals
- Evogen Evovite Tabs: Evogen's multivitamin, for a broad daily foundation.
- Revive MD Magnesium Glycinate: 200 mg of elemental magnesium per serving of 2 capsules, from magnesium bisglycinate. Informed Sport certified. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.
- Evogen Vitamin D3: a stand-alone vitamin D supplement. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, to the maintenance of normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.
Collagen powder
Evogen Collagen Plus Hydration is a drink powder with 11 grams of hydrolysed bovine collagen (type I and III) per scoop, plus 25 mcg of vitamin D, coconut water powder and Aquamin®. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. No health claims are authorised in the EU for collagen itself.
Greens, fibre and enzymes
- Evogen Evogreens: greens powder with, among others, 2 grams of spirulina and 150 mg of VitaGranate® pomegranate extract per serving. No synthetic colours, sweeteners or flavourings.
- Evogen Fiber: Evogen's fibre powder, to mix into water or your shake.
- Evogen Evozyme: enzyme complex to take with your meal, with 150 mg Evozyme™ enzyme blend per capsule, aimed at proteins, carbohydrates, fats and fibre.
Plant extracts
Evogen KSM-66 Ashwagandha provides 600 mg of standardised ashwagandha root extract per capsule. Health claims for plant extracts are still under assessment in the EU; that's why we make no promises about them.
How to build your foundation
- Start with your diet: varied, with plenty of vegetables and fruit.
- Add where you fall short, for example vitamin D in the darker months, when you get less sunlight.
- Taking medication, pregnant or unsure? Talk to your GP or pharmacist first.
