What are EAAs and BCAAs?
EAAs are the 9 essential amino acids: amino acids your body can't make itself, so you get them from your diet. BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are three of them. Amino K.E.M. provides them in a drink you have during or around your training.
Use & dosage
Mix 1 scoop with 300 to 500 ml of water. Drink it during or around your training. Follow the dosage on the label.
