Use & dosage
Shake well and drink 30 minutes before your training. Start with half a bottle (177 ml) to see how you react to the caffeine; if you tolerate it well, drink the rest. Never drink more than one bottle per day. Refrigerate after opening.
Good to know
Contains caffeine (200 mg per bottle): not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not use under 18, with a medical condition, or when using prescription medication, MAO inhibitors or products containing stimulants such as ephedrine. Do not combine with alcohol or other stimulants, and count caffeine from coffee or energy drinks. Stop two weeks before surgery. Stop immediately if you experience side effects and consult a doctor. Contains coconut (tree nut); produced in a facility that also processes milk, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame.
