Evogen Cell K.E.M. PR – creatine, amino acids and ashwagandha for after training
Cell K.E.M. PR is Evogen Nutrition's post-workout drink. Per scoop (16.5 g) you get 4,000 mg creatine monohydrate, 1,000 mg creatine nitrate (NO3-T®), an EAA matrix with 2,000 mg leucine, 600 mg KSM-66® ashwagandha and vitamins and minerals. Developed by Hany Rambod, coach of 25 Olympia champions.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Take 1 scoop after your training. Follow the dosage and preparation on the label. Pairs well with Amino K.E.M. during your training.

Taking medication, have a medical condition, or are you pregnant or breastfeeding? Consult your doctor first. According to the label it contains no allergens, but it is produced in a facility that also processes milk, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soy and eggs.
