Evogen Lipocide IR – instant release powder with caffeine
Lipocide IR is a powder from Evogen Nutrition containing caffeine, L-tyrosine and choline bitartrate, among other things. It is intended for athletes in their cutting phase and is used on a fixed schedule: no more than 4 weeks of use, followed by a 4-week break. Developed by Hany Rambod, coach of 25 Olympia champions.

Use & dosage
Start with half a scoop in 300 to 350 ml of cold water, in the morning on an empty stomach, 20 to 30 minutes before your first meal or protein shake. Then build up gradually to the dosage on the label and do not exceed it. Do not use for more than 4 weeks in a row, then take a 4-week break. Refrigerate after opening.
Good to know
Contains caffeine: not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks or other supplements, and not with alcohol. Intended only for healthy adults aged 18 to 50. Taking medication or have a medical condition? Consult your doctor first. Stop use two weeks before surgery. This product may contain ingredients that appear on the doping lists of sports organisations; check this if you compete in tested events.
