Evogen EVP-3D Caffeine-Free Pre-Workout

That depends on you and on when you train. EVP-3D contains no caffeine, EVP-Xtreme N.O. contains 200 mg per scoop. The base is the same: 3,000 mg L-citrulline, 1,600 mg beta-alanine and 1,250 mg creatine monohydrate per scoop. Train in the evening or sensitive to caffeine? Then EVP-3D is the obvious choice.

A pre-workout without caffeine doesn't give you a lift like coffee does. What many people do notice is the tingling of beta-alanine on the skin; it usually fades within a short time. Looking for a stimulating kick? Then choose a version with caffeine.

Per scoop, among other things, 3,000 mg L-citrulline, 1,600 mg beta-alanine, 1,000 mg arginine nitrate (NO3-T®), 1,250 mg creatine monohydrate, 500 mg coconut water powder and 500 mg L-tyrosine. The full composition is on the label.

A pre-workout without caffeine or other stimulants. You take it before your training, just like a pre-workout with caffeine.

Look at caffeine. Want 200 mg of caffeine per scoop? Choose EVP-Xtreme N.O. Want no caffeine, for example because you train in the evening? Choose EVP-3D. Apart from that, both contain 3,000 mg L-citrulline, 1,600 mg beta-alanine and 1,250 mg creatine monohydrate per scoop.
