Thavage Pre-Workout

RAW Thavage is RAW's pre-workout. Per scoop: 3 g L-citrulline, 1.6 g beta-alanine, 1.25 g betaine, 750 mg Nitrosigine®, 1 g L-tyrosine and 1 g taurine. For caffeine, one scoop contains 130 mg caffeine plus 32 mg dicaffeine malate. The label allows 2 scoops for experienced users. Start with 1 scoop. Available in the flavours Peach Bum and Secret Stuff.

EAA Plus

RAW EAA Plus provides 9 g of essential amino acids per serving, including 3 g leucine. Plus 230 mg sodium and 320 mg chloride from Himalayan salt, at 10 kcal per serving. Mix it with water and drink it during or after your workout. Informed Sport certified.

How to use them together

  • Before training: Thavage, as directed on the label.
  • During or after training: EAA Plus.
  • Count all your caffeine. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) sees no safety concerns for healthy adults with a single dose of up to 200 mg and up to 400 mg per day, from all sources combined.
