We hergebruiken verpakkingsmaterialen waar mogelijk om onze ecologische voetafdruk te verkleinen. Je mag je retour dan ook in de originele verzenddoos terugsturen.
Hoe stuur ik mijn pakketje terug?
1. Retour aanmelden
Klik op de knop 'retour aanmelden' om je retour te starten. Doe dit binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst. We nemen contact met je op en sturen je een retouretiket per e-mail.
2. Inpakken
Stop de producten die je terug wilt sturen in de originele doos of in een andere stevige verpakking. Print het retouretiket uit, plak dit stevig op de doos en zorg dat het oude etiket niet meer zichtbaar is.
3. Verzenden
Breng je pakketje binnen 3 werkdagen naar een verzendpunt bij jou in de buurt. Bewaar het verzendbewijs dat je daar ontvangt goed.
4. Terugbetaling
Zodra je retour in ons distributiecentrum is ontvangen en verwerkt, sturen we je een melding. Het bedrag staat binnen 7 werkdagen weer op je rekening.
Frequently Asked Questions About Returns
What are the conditions for returning my supplements?
You can return a product if you report it to us within 14 days of receipt via the red return button on the website. After this notification, you then have another 14 days to demonstrably send the products back to us.
Items can be returned when:
- They are sent back within 14 days of receipt
- Due to hygiene and safety (such as with tablets, capsules, powders, and drinks), we accept only sealed, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- The goodies must be returned proportionally. If this is not done, the goodie will be charged
- Products with a limited shelf life (this is stated on the product page) can never be returned.
What are the costs for a return shipment?
As a consumer, you pay a contribution to the shipping costs for returns. The exact amount depends on your region. You do not have to pay this amount immediately; the return costs will be deducted from the refund of your canceled products afterwards.
No return costs will be charged if:
- You received a different product than you ordered.
- The product arrived damaged or broken.
- Note: in these cases, you must always contact customer service first to claim this exception.
Do the goodies also need to be returned if I send something back?
Yes, goodies must be returned proportionally if you return one or more products. If you keep the goodie(s) and do not return them, the value of the goodie will be charged and deducted from your refund. Additionally, goodies can never be exchanged or redeemed for cash or store credit.
How should I pack my products for the return shipment?
Make sure the supplements are in their original, intact condition. Preferably pack the products in the original shipping box or choose another sturdy box to prevent damage during transport.
What happens if I refuse or do not pick up my package?
If you refuse a package at the door, or if you do not pick it up at a collection point, the package will be returned to us. In that case, we will refund the full purchase amount to you, minus the return costs applicable to your region.
