Evogen EVP AQ – liquid glycerol without caffeine
EVP AQ is a liquid pre-workout from Evogen Nutrition based on glycerol. Per serving of two tablespoons (30 ml) you get 20 grams of vegetable glycerol, 2.5 grams of betaine and 250 mg of vitamin C. No caffeine is listed on the label.

What is glycerol?
Glycerol is a substance that binds water. It is a standard ingredient in pump formulas. EVP AQ contains it in liquid form, so it's easy to measure and mixes into any drink.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. This effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily intake; one serving of EVP AQ contains 250 mg.
Use & dosage
Mix 1 serving (2 tablespoons, 30 ml) with water or another drink and take it before your training. You can also start with half a serving (1 tablespoon). Drink enough water. Prefer a ready-to-drink shot? Take a look at the EVP AQ Shot (10 grams of glycerol per shot).
