Thavage is RAW Nutrition's pre-workout, developed together with Chris Bumstead. A fully dosed formula with an open label: you can see the exact amount of every ingredient. Other ingredients: citric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, beetroot powder (colour). Contains tree nuts (coconut).
Who is Thavage for?
For experienced athletes looking for a pre-workout with caffeine. Not suitable for people sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone under 18. Training in the evening or prefer no caffeine? Take a look at the Pre Workout collection.
Use & dosage
Mix 1 scoop (13 g) with 250-350 ml of water. New users can start with half a scoop to test their tolerance; experienced users can build up to 2 scoops (full dose). Do not combine with other sources of caffeine. 40 servings (1 scoop) / 20 servings (2 scoops) per 520 g tub.
High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
