Thavage Pre-Workout is RAW Nutrition’s fully dosed pre-workout, developed together with Chris Bumstead. Each serving combines L-citrulline, beta-alanine, Nitrosigine® and caffeine for explosive strength, pump and long-lasting focus. Available in Peach Bum and Secret Stuff flavors.

Who is Thavage suitable for?
For athletes who want to get the most out of their training: explosive strength, long-lasting focus and energy that does not crash halfway through. Not suitable for caffeine-sensitive individuals, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone under 18.
Usage & dosage
Mix 1 scoop (13 g) with 250-350 ml of water. New users can start with half a scoop to test their tolerance; experienced users can work up to 2 scoops (full dosage). Do not combine with other sources of caffeine. 40 servings (1 scoop) / 20 servings (2 scoops) per 520 g container.
