What is clear whey?
Clear whey is whey protein isolate processed so that it dissolves clear. It contains hardly any fat or carbohydrate, so instead of a creamy, milky drink you get a fresh, thin one. The protein is the same type as in regular whey; the difference is texture and taste.

Ingredients: whey protein isolate (96.2%), flavouring, acidity regulators (malic acid, citric acid), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K) and colour (barley malt extract). A 500 g bag gives about 16 servings.
How to use it
- Mix: 30 g (about 2 heaped scoops) with 500 ml cold water.
- Let it settle: clear whey can foam after shaking. Let your shaker rest for 1 to 2 minutes and the foam settles.
