Why only the root?
Many ashwagandha extracts on the market are made from leaves, or from a mix of leaves and root, because that is cheaper. KSM-66® uses only the root, in line with the traditional use of the plant.
On top of that, the extract is standardised to a fixed concentration of active constituents. The capsule you take today contains the same as the one from your previous bottle.
Use & dosage
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Intended only for healthy adults aged 18 or over. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before use, especially if you take medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
