Evogen Shred-Fast Pack – Lipocide IR and Carnigen in one pack
The Shred-Fast Pack combines two Evogen products for athletes in their cutting phase: Lipocide IR (instant release powder with caffeine) and Carnigen (L-carnitine powder, without caffeine).

What's inside
- Lipocide IR – instant release powder with caffeine, L-tyrosine and choline bitartrate, among other things. Schedule: no more than 4 weeks, then a 4-week break.
- Carnigen – 1,000 mg blend with three forms of L-carnitine per scoop, plus vitamin B6, without caffeine or other stimulants.
Why this combination
Carnigen contains no caffeine, so you can combine it with Lipocide IR. That way you use both without extra caffeine on top of Lipocide IR.
Use
Take both 20 to 30 minutes before your training or cardio. Follow the dosage on the label for each product. Start Lipocide IR with half a scoop and stick to the schedule: no more than 4 weeks of use, then a 4-week break.
Good to know
Lipocide IR contains caffeine: not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants, and not with alcohol. Intended only for healthy adults aged 18 to 50. Taking medication or have a medical condition? Consult your doctor first. Lipocide IR may contain ingredients that appear on the doping lists of sports organisations.
