FST-7 Tip: When completing the downward movement of the rep, rotate your wrists outward to develop the outer tricep and widen your arms.
FST-7 Posing Tips: Hold a sideways tricep pose, tensing each arm individually, for 10 seconds between sets to pump blood into the muscles and maximize the potential for three-dimensional growth.
