Creatine and protein: the basics
Evogen Creatine Monohydrate provides 5 g of micronised creatine per serving, unflavoured. Evogen Isoject is a whey protein isolate with 25 g of protein per scoop. Evogen Super Huge is a weight gainer with 50 g of protein and 1,210 to 1,230 kcal per serving, depending on the flavour. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Before and during training
Evogen offers pre-workouts with and without caffeine, and pump formulas with glycerol. All options and their caffeine content are listed in Pre Workout. For during training there's Evogen Amino K.E.M., with 8,500 mg of EAAs and BCAAs per serving. More in Intra Workout.
After training
Evogen Cell K.E.M. PR contains, per scoop, 4,000 mg creatine monohydrate, 1,000 mg creatine nitrate, an EAA matrix with 2,000 mg leucine and 600 mg KSM-66® ashwagandha.
During your cut
Evogen offers L-carnitine in four versions: Carnigen, Carnigen Natural and Carnigen Liquid without caffeine, and Carnigen Plus with 100 mg caffeine. Lipocide IR contains caffeine among other ingredients; use it for a maximum of 4 weeks, followed by a 4-week break. Do not combine Lipocide IR with Carnigen Plus.
