By using a unilateral double cable pulldown machine, you can vary your grip throughout the rep and easily switch to other grips like a power grip to vary the muscle contraction. This allows you to hit different parts of the back in the same set.
Pro tip: It’s super important to pose, hold, and stretch between sets to maximize contraction and the mind-muscle connection.
