The first thing you need to do for the incline DB press is to make sure the bench is set at the right angle, which helps optimally target the upper chest muscles. During the sets, always focus first on proper form and technique, and only then worry about adding extra weight.
Pro tip from the champions: Slow down the eccentric (downward) movement and control the weight through the full range of motion (Range of Motion). Fully focus on the mind-muscle connection (mind-muscle connection) to ensure the chest does the work and not the front of your shoulders.
